General 

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Bluebell Pharmacy website or any Internet site to which the Website is linked (the "Website"). This Website is suggested for use by people who are 18 years and over only. 

These Terms & Conditions are agreed to by you, the customer when using www.bluebellpharmacy.ie.  

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods. 

It is buyer's responsibility to inform Bluebell Pharmacy if they did not receive any items in their order within 2 weeks of receipt, so that the atter may be investigated. If it is not brought to the attention of the pharmacy within 2 weeks of receipt the pharmacy will not be in a position to investigate this.

Bluebell Pharmacy shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, including damages caused by malware, viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of such information on the Website.

In the event you post unsolicited ideas and/or materials whether consisting of texts, images, sounds, software, information or otherwise (Materials) on this Website or send these to Bluebell Pharmacy e-mail or otherwise, you grant us an irrevocable, free of charge non-exclusive and worldwide right to use, copy, adapt, modify, publish and/or commercially exploit such Materials to the fullest extent in whatever form and via all media known and to date unknown for the duration of the intellectual property rights in the Materials and we shall not be bound by any confidentiality obligation in respect of such Materials. 

Terms of Sale 

Ordering 

When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”).  

Payment method 

You can pay for the products by credit card or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), and PayPal.  

Price Information  

Prices may change over timeThe total price specified in the final checkout screen includes tax and shipping costs where applicable. Confirmed orders will be dispatched once confirmed unless we contact you otherwise. The amount deducted from your credit/debit card will be that shown on the website at time of purchase.  

Promotional offers 

We may run promotions from time to time. All promotions are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms & Conditions. In order for the discount to be applied the offer code must be entered into the discount code area in the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Discounts cannot retrospectively be applied to orders once they are placed.  

Please Note: 

  • Only one promotion code is redeemable per order unless stated differently. 
  • Promotions codes cannot be used in combination with other existing promotions or sales. 
  • In case of returns, the promotion code value will be proportionally split across the ordered items.
  • Selected brands are excluded from discount offers (*these brands are subject to change at anytime).
  • Excludes medicines and medication.
  • All discount codes and offer codes can be amended or withdrawn at anytime.  

Delivery 

Orders usually take between 2-4 working days to be delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland with the exception of Bank Holidays, Black Friday weekend and during sale times where orders can take between 5-7 working days.  Orders will be dispatched using GLS for Irish addresses, UK deliveries and all other countries we deliver to.  

Please note that all international orders are subject to review prior to dispatch. If you have a specific query about a delivery address outside of Ireland/UK or the rest of Europe, please contact us using contact@bluebellpharmacy.ie and we will be able to give you a specific delivery quote. If your delivery address is outside of the EU, it is possible your order may be subject to certain import customs/taxes which are outside of our control. If you are in doubt, please contact your local customs officials. 

Returns 

Bluebell Pharmacy is happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

All unwanted returns must be returned in an unused, as new condition with your order sheet. Once Bluebell Pharmacy receives the returned goods, you will then be automatically refunded if your goods pass inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping charges of the return delivery.  

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Bluebell Pharmacy will replace your items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues. 

Items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued. 

Online Medicine Sales 

Bluebell Pharmacy (www.bluebellpharmacy.ieis a registered pharmacy on the 'Internet Supply List' of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI). 

Only pharmacy websites displaying the EU Common Logo (shown at the bottom of the page) are permitted to sell pharmacy medicines online in Europe, and you can confirm by clicking on it that Bluebell Pharmacy are registered on the Internet Supply List of the PSI and are permitted to use the Common Logo.

All medicines that we supply are sourced from an authorised manufacturer or an authorised wholesaler. We ensure the quality and safety of the medicines, the security and integrity of the supply to eliminate the risk of counterfeit medicines entering the supply chain.   

We only deliver Licensed Medicines within Ireland. 

You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase medicines online at www.bluebellpharmacy.ie. By purchasing any medicines you must agree to the terms and conditions. All orders containing medicines are reviewed by a pharmacist prior to supply and the pharmacist may contact you to discuss your order in further detail, prior to supply being made. If contact cannot be made, orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Record Keeping

In accordance with legislation, the records listed below will be retained securely for a period of two years from the date of purchase. 

  1. Every invoice for medicines obtained, which include:
    • The date of the transaction, 
    • The name and quantity of the product obtained, and 
    • The name and address of the supplier 
  2. A record of each transaction involving the supply of medicine to our customers, including:
    • The order number, 
    • The date of the transaction, 
    • The name and quantity of the product supplied, 
    • The name and address of the person to whom the product was supplied. 
  3. A record to show that prior to supplying/dispatching of the product, the customer has confirmed that they agree with and understand the terms and conditions which include:
    • They are over 18 years old, 
    • They are aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging, 
    • The total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchaser’s own treatment, having regard to any previous supply to that purchaser. 
    • Where a maximum quantity to purchase is stated on a medicinal product, this is the maximum amount that we will supply in any one transaction. Repeat medicines purchases will be monitored. 
    • Any medicines which are liable to abuse and/or misuse will be identified along with any repeat requests for medicines from the same customer. Where we suspect a medicine may be being abused or misused a supply will not be made and a full refund will be given. 

As a pharmacy supplying medicines via the internet, records will be kept showing that prior to supply of the product our pharmacist has: 

  • Personally reviewed each order for supply and personally supervised and authorised the supply 
  • Fulfilled the requirement of Regulation 10 of the Regulation of Retail Pharmacy Businesses Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 488 of 2008). 

Regulation 10 of the Regulation of Retail Pharmacy Businesses Regulations 2008 requires that in the course of the supply, a registered pharmacist is satisfied that the purchaser is aware of what the appropriate use of the medicine is and that it is being sought for that purpose and, in so far as the registered pharmacist is aware, the product is not intended for abuse and/or misuse.
